It also has easy access onto the cycle routes within the Afan country park. (Swansea is approx 30 minutes away and Cardiff or the Gower are approx 50 minutes, the Brecon Beacons National Park is between 45 minutes and an hour)
The property has 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6) with one kingsize, one double and one twin. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and the house has both freeview and wi-fi access.
It is suitable for both groups wishing to make the most of the mountain bike trails and families just wishing for a home base to visit South Wales.
The house has a secure garden (with low walls and fences) to the front of the property it is lawn with a large decked area to the rear.
There is secure storage for bikes and an area to wash them down after a day on the mountain bike trails. There is also off road parking to the rear of the property with steep stairs leading down to the property. The property can also be access via a pathway to the front.
There is a pub within the village which is approx 2 minute walk from the house and a number of local takeaway's deliver.
All linen and towels are included and a cleaner is available if required (at additional charge locally) details available in the property. Travel cot and highchair/Booster seat are available on request (free of charge).
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangment (small additional charge which is donated to a local dog rescue)
