A romantic cottage in the mountains above Trawsfynydd lake surrounded by the magnificent rugged beauty of Snowdonia. Beautifully prepared to please the more discerning customer the owners have spared no expense in making this a most comfortable place to stay in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Under floor heating guarantees a warm welcome whatever the season. The cottage is a beautifully converted stable attached to a refurbished 15th century farmhouse on a sheep farm centrally situated between Bala (15ml), Dolgellau (15ml) and Porthmadog (10ml). The village of Trawsfynydd, with its magnificent fishing lake, is 3mls where there are shops and inns. Visit the excellent mountain bike trails (3 & 5ml), Portmeirion village (8ml), sandy beaches at Black Rock Sands (20mins) and Ffestiniog steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog (10ml). Various walks from the doorstep either hill walking or tackling a few of snowdonia's challenging peaks.

One bedroom: One Kingsize bed in a spacious vaulted bedroom with beams and countryside views and access to a large balcony with patio furniture. Linen bath towels & tea towels provided.
En suite bathroom/WC.
Comfortable lounge with slate floors and oak staircase to bedroom. 32" flatscreen LED TV with basic Sky, DVD and CD players. Telephone for incoming and 999 calls only.
Beautiful kitchen with electric hob and ovens, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Ample parking and freedom to roam the footpaths of this mountain farm.
Underfloor heating throughout. Price included.
Bikes can be stored in a locked garage - by request
Sorry, not suitable for toddlers and crawling babies. Babe in arms only. N.B. Property does not provide a cot or high chair but MAY be available to hire from STS.

WiFi: Yes, but limited bandwidth available (not suitable for downloading games/films).

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
