Within a short 2 minute walk from the beach is this family house in the village of Borth y Gest, 1 mile from Porthmadog. Ideal for family get togethers with its large dining area and a living room with views across the small crescent shaped bay to the mountains of Snowdonia. The rooms are bright and spacious and there is an elevated patio area at the rear. The village has a nice restaurant, tea room and there are interesting paths to private sandy coves and woodlands. In Porthmadog you will be spoilt for choice in shops, restaurants etc. Steam trains travel across the causeway regularly to the delight of young and old alike, a leisure centre is located at the other end of town. Portmeirion village is just a 3 mile walk across the causeway. Cricieth town and castle are 5 miles down the road, Snowdon and the village of Beddgelert is a beautiful 20 minute drive away. Gestiana House is very central to visit the castles, beaches and lakes of Snowdonia.
4 BEDROOMS: 1 Kingsize bedroom and sea views, 1 Double bedroom with partial sea views, 1 Twin bedroom and 1 Single bedroom. Bed linen provided.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
