A detached bungalow in a select drive near the beach at Morfa Bychan, 2 mls from the harbour town of Porthmadog. Carefully prepared with attention to detail this thoroughly comfortable house will offer a most relaxing place to stay. The golden Morfa Bychan beach and dunes at Black Rock Sands are within 10 mins easy walk, as is the 18 hole golf course. The village has a shop/PO and hotel. Porthmadog town is of modest size but full of interesting shops, museums and eating places. It is also the terminus of the Little Ffestiniog Railway, offering scenic steam train rides up the valley into the mountains of Snowdonia. This is a good central location for a holiday bungalow in North Wales.

3 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom with EN-SUITE (shower, WC & underfloor heating), 1 double bedroom, 1 with a single bed. Linen is included, towels (apart from tea towels) are not included but are available to hire.
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and shower over the bath.
KITCHEN: Modern, fitted sunny kitchen/breakfast room with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
LOUNGE/DINER: Attractive lounge with coal feature electric fire, Freeview TV, DVD and CD player.
GARDEN: Private mostly enclosed rear garden and furniture. Small dogs may be able to get out.
PARKING: Ample parking.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
