It is a beautifully furnished detached house in a very quiet cul-de-sac, only a 2 minute drive (or an easy walk) to nearby Black Rock Sands beach at Morfa Bychan. Meticulously prepared, with little finishing touches everywhere. The sunny conservatory, kitchen and two of the bedrooms overlook the open countryside, golf course and the majestic Moel y Gest mountain (1 mls). Within walking distance is the 4 mile scenic coastal footpath which links Porthmadog and Cricieth. Porthmadog is a harbour town with restaurants, steam train rides and leisure centre (2 mls). Cricieth castle, beaches and restaurants are 5 mls; Harlech's Royal St. David's championship golf course and beach 10 mls, Beddgelert & Snowdon (9 mls). The serene Portmeirion village and gardens are just 3 mls away. This is a popular area for touring the Snowdonia mountains and the tranquil Llyn Peninsula. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales.

3 BEDROOMS: 1 Kingsize bedroom with Freeview TV & en-suite SHOWER ROOM/WC, 1 Twin bedroom with two single beds and 1 Single bedroom with a 4' bed. Bed linen and hand towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own bath towels.

Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
