This select, prestigious development of 16 flats was completed in 2007 in a secluded position near Porthmadog harbour and has been furnished to an excellent standard. All rooms are on the ground floor and there is secure parking close to the front door making access easier. Porthmadog has a good variety of shops and eating places and is a good central location for the mountains of Snowdonia and the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay. Across the harbour are the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland railways. Snowdon and Beddgelert are 7 miles inland and the beautiful stretch of sandy beach at Black Rock Sands is 2 miles. Portmeirion village is just 2 mls along the river for a relaxing day out and Cricieth town and castle just 5 mls.

KITCHEN/DINER: Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table to seat 4 people. French doors leading to patio area.
GARDEN: Open plan patio with furniture, accessible from the kitchen.
Allocated parking for one car (car height restriction 7' into internal parking area).
Gas central heating, including under floor heating throughout.
2 pets allowed in living area, not allowed in carpeted areas or bedrooms please.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Friday). This property owner will accept mini-breaks at any time outside the season ( October to March) and within 31 days in season..
Please note: A returnable £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit will be required before we can give the key safe code. Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
