Much care and pride has been taken to furnish and decorate this stone cottage which has the bewitching of views of Snowdonia from the large garden. A footpath from outside the door enters the Newborough Warren Nature Reserve to 12 square miles of sand dunes, forest and lakes, beach and Llanddwyn Island the mystical site of our ancient forefathers, now a haven and sanctuary for wild birds and animals. This stone cottage was once a farmhands lodging attached to the original farmhouse and surrounded by three acres of grounds which are mainly laid to lawn and shared with ref 6081, although there are private parts of the garden allocated to the cottage. Easy access to a beautiful sandy beach by car (5 mins), Anglesey Riding Centre (3 miles), Sea Zoo, Bird World, Minature Village and Butterfly Palace aswell as RSPB reserve Holy Island, Beaumaris Castle and town and to the south is the natural panoramic fresco of the Snowdonia mountains for the more energetic seeking the challenge of a climb or two.

Two bedrooms: One Kingsize bedroom with TV leading through to a 2nd bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds (may not suit a group of 4 adults due to second bedroom accessed through the master). Bedrooms and Bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are slightly steeper than normal, may not suit less abled. Bed linen and towels provided.
En-suite bathroom with drencher shower over a double ender bath from the master bedroom.
Kitchen/breakfast room with fitted units with electric oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer microwave and washer/dryer and breakfast table and chairs.
Lounge is an original feature stone fireplace housing a woodburning stove, TV with Freeview channels and DVD.
Large garden with patio table and chairs for sitting outside and enjoying the views.
Ample parking.
Full central heating.
Electricity and heating included.
Maximum 2 medium dogs. No cats, sorry.

Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
