Alex, one of the UK's most well known YouTubers is better known to his 42,000 subscribers as French Guy Cooking. Each week he serves up tasty new recipes that put a new spin on traditional French cuisine. What could be more French than cheese? He visited the amazing artisan cheese makers Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire and using their famous Welsh cheese, came up with a delicious three cheese quiche. They also produce a variety of other specialty cheeses such as Brie-like Perl Wen, creamy blue Per Las and nutty Golden Cenarth. At their visitor centre you can watch the cheese being made and you even get the chance to taste the cheeses.
