25 September 2014 Hot off the presses, Wales now has five restaurants in the prestigious Michelin Guide for 2015. The Walnut Tree at Abergavenny The Checkers at Montgomery Tyddyn Llan at Llandrillo Ynyshir Hall in Machynlleth The Crown at Whitebrook This year's newcomers are Ynyshir Hall and The Crown at Whitebrook, the other three have retained their awards from last year. Another award for Ynyshir Hall, chef Gareth Ward was recently crowned the Good Food Guide 2015 Chef to Watch.
