Still got plenty of love left over from St Dwynwen’s Day? With Mothering Sunday coming up, there’s still plenty of opportunity to show how much your special ones mean to you. If you need inspiration for pampering, sumptuous produce from traditional artisan producers  from all corners of Wales, take a peep at what’s on offer in Pembrokeshire and Anglesey.  Just imagine those gourmet sausages and burgers on a grill on one of Wales’ best BBQ beaches. Bliss. 

Can you imagine walking 187 miles in two weeks? Amiel Price agreed to walk it in two weeks, to celebrate a friend’s fiftieth birthday. Now that’s real friendship. If you fancy something a bit more gentle, we’ve some fantastic trails along the Severn Way and through historic Llangollen, the Taff trail, Cardigan and Dingestow’s Tread and Trot trail.  

With kitesurfing being all the rage, we hear from Kirsty Jones why Wales beats Hawaii hands down when it comes to kitesurfing and British Wave Masters Champion Mark Rowley shares his top five spots for the sport in Wales.
