North East Wales

Pontcysyllte Aqueduct near Llangollen, 'The Stream in the Sky', is one of our finest water features. It’s the world’s tallest canal boat crossing and a World Heritage Site. Peter Jones (Jones the Boat) has crossed it over 1000 times. He reckons you never get tired of the view. In the hills and valleys of the Borderlands, there are plenty more views, plus fantastic local food and a buzzing arts scene.
