Llawn (Welsh for ‘full’) is MOSTYN’s free multi-arts festival that takes place across Llandudno on one weekend each September.
This year it takes place 14th – 16th September 2018. There are performances for one person at a time, alongside shows that tell stories, games to play, music to listen to, cinema to relax to, workshops where you can make things and visual art exhibitions that you can lose yourself in.
Be one of the first to see a selection of the Festival highlights at the Festival Launch event on Friday 6 pm - 11pm, discover some new venues, sing a little (if you are so inclined), meet friends, old and new, and give a very warm welcome to the lovely LLAWN06 artists who will be entertaining visitors over the weekend.
Cragen is Small World Theatre’s new mythological sea monster and giant sea-faring puppet is said to dwell off the Welsh coast. Experts have predicted that she will appear at LLAWN06 on Saturday 15th September at around 2:30 pm. Cragen is presented by Venue Cymru and you will gasp at her ingenuity and size (approximately 20-metres long) as she returns unwanted plastic waste from the sea to the land.
