We are so looking forward to this year’s allroots yoga festival in the beautiful grounds of Stackpole Estate, near Pembroke in Pembrokeshire, and we will be taking over the whole place! The venue lends itself to health & well being through offering comfort, space and a variety of natural spaces to escape into and take a break.in; with a beautiful stretch of coastline with sandy beaches, wooded valleys and lily ponds.
The festival will be a weekend of yoga, dance, singing, chanting, healthy eating, making, baking, creating, healing, restoring, energizing, your time, family time, up time and down time. We have things going on for everyone, and as is key to all our festivals we showcase all practices helping bring people health, happiness or fulfillment – yoga in the conventional and unconventional and of all forms! Come and experience.
There will be 4 spaces for classes and workshops (some inside and some in marquees) being held on parallel, an array of practitioners, healers, therapists, nutritionists, circus acts, food stalls, as well as chill-out areas and a kids space. You don’t need to book into any of the classes. The festival aims to have enough going on for everyone, and those busy classes you just get to know the people near to you a little better! ☺ Our final programme will be online by May. In the meantime here is a taster….we will be offering: Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Somatic Movement, Esalen massage Crystal bowl and voice sound healing, Ashtanga Yoga, Mindful yoga & meditation, Hatha Yoga, Shiatsu, Sivananda Yoga, Gitananda Yoga, Shiva Nata, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga and Games, Circus acts and practice, Ayurvedic massage, Intuitive healing, Nutritional workshops, Raw food delights as well as some beautiful Kirtan!
At this festival rooms are available as well as camping. There are a limited number of twin, double, single & dormitory rooms, and so book early if you want to get your hands on a ticket with some extra comfort! Camping will be right next to the sea, overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Stackpole coast, about 15mins walk from the main venue. The walk to and from could not be better; along coastlines, through countryside, and besides lily ponds! along the beautiful Welsh coastal path.
