Nordic Walking is like cross country skiing, only without the snow. It has many benefits, is easy to learn, and can be done by all ages and at all levels of fitness.
Half day and full day Guided Nordic Walks
Guided walks offered for groups of two to six people We can tailor the walks to your interests or just give you an overview of lovely countryside. We can include hillforts, parts of trails like Offa’s Dyke and the Clwydian Way, places of historical and geological interest, to name just a few. Or walks where you can just take lovely photos.
Mindfulness Walking also offered
This is walking with a purposeful focus on the present, savouring the here and now. Mindfulness has been shown to assist physical, emotional and mental health, and being in the outdoors is known to enhance this experience. Nordic Trails in North Wales offers the opportunity to soak in all that our natural world has to offer, enabling you to be quiet and absorb the healing and invigorating qualities of wonderful countryside
