Gwaith Powdwr Reserve

Gwaith Powdwr is a decommissioned explosive works, which was taken over by the North Wales Wildlife Trust in the late 1990's and is now a flourishing nature reserve. It has woodland and heath and supports a diverse array of species including, polecats, pied flycatcher, bats and the unusual European Nightjar. It has fabulous views over the Dwyryd estuary, has easy access paths throughout and a bird hide to view the wildlife up close.
