A country retreat in the Snowdonia National Park, Holiday Cottage with Cedar Hot Tub, beaches nearby, mountain and country walks and the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways close by. Relax and unwind with a stroll to nearby Tremadog (1 mile) with its excellent pubs and restaurants. This quaint 19th century stone cottage provides everything for your perfect holiday. It is available for short breaks and weekly lets throughout the year. Situated on the edge of Penmorfa village, with a secluded garden and fields around. Conservatory and outdoor decking area, perfect for relaxing. The cottage is traditionally and beautifully furnished to a very high standard to ensure your stay is most memorable and enjoyable. The cedar Hot Tub sits inside its own glazed roof summerhouse off the conservatory - you can relax in the hot tub without leaving the house. The lounge has comfortable seating for four, a log burning stove with fireguard, and a remote control colour LCD TV with DVD player, a CD music centre, to ensure you stay is most enjoyable and comfortable. There is also reading literature and board games to while away the evenings. The traditional kitchen has an oil-fired Rayburn, electric hob and oven, Belfast sink, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Your meal times can be enjoyed either in the kitchen, the conservatory or outside on the timber decking. The cottage has a spacious double bedroom with Kingsize bed and plenty of bedroom storage, and beautiful soft furnishings to compliment. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed with a pull-out guest bed suitable for a child.

Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
